Plate 74 Sidon from the North, Lebanon - After David Roberts

A depiction of the Lebanese city of Sidon from the north with the Mediterranean to the left of the composition. The drawings and watercolours David Roberts' tour of the Holy Land and Egypt were collated together into folios and released over a seven year period by the publisher F.G. Moon from 20 Threadneedle Street London. This lithograph is an original First Edition version (1842-1849).
